"Brian's approach to coaching combines head and heart experience and innovation. He gets the spirit behind coaching."

Bishop Rob Wright, Episcopal Diocese of Atlanta

"Brian has been a mentor for years, but during the pandemic, I’ve seen his coaching more clearly. He doesn’t teach adaptive leadership theory, he embodies it, and thus, demonstrates and invites others into harnessing leadership capacity across entire systems."

Michael Sullivan, President and CEO, Kanuga

"Brian has coached me through an incredibly complicated transition of election as Bishop during a time of pandemic, violent social unrest, and immense uncertainty. His encouraging voice has allowed me to form a strategy informed by his insights and wisdom, yet created to match my strengths and talents. Brian is able to observe and not meddle, encourage and not control, guide and not restrict."

Bishop Glenda Curry, Episcopal Diocese of Alabama
